Rubberlite is an innovator in the manufacturing of custom-engineered polyurethane foams and flexible composite solutions. Since 1997, a steady R&D effort has created a multitude of engineered grades for a diverse set of applications.
Under the trademark of HyPUR-cel®, Rubberlite manufactures a broad range of foams including both high resilient and viscoelastic formulations. These include:
- I-Series (high temperature compression set resistance)
- R-Series (high resilience)
- S-Series (high elongation)
- T-Series (thermoformable)
- V-Series HD (high-density visco-elastic)
- V-Series LD (low-density visco-elastic)
Rubberlite’s in-house formulation skill center allows for streamlined product development and relatively short commercial implementation timelines. Rubberlite owns all chemistries and is not restrained by “systems house” requirements.
