Jeffrey Goad oversees the hyPURcel Polyurethane Skills Center. This includes research and development, commercial implementation and production with particular emphasis on sustainable growth through intellectual property creation, product stewardship, risk management and operating discipline integration.

Ryan Cooper leads The Characterization Lab and oversees the technical validation of every hyPURcel series. He is also chair of the ASTM committee responsible for foam testing standards and he helps define how the entire industry measures performance. As the subject matter expert behind the lab’s processes, he gives customers confidence that hyPURcel will perform reliably in real-world applications.

Jonas McNearney handles engineering operations and process development. He started as an engineer 30+ years ago and later successfully advanced into leadership. With decades of service on our team, Jonas brings extensive experience in polyurethane manufacturing and process improvement.

Dan Burko leads the hyPURcel Production Team. By working closely with engineering, R&D and sales, he helps streamline the production and implementation of new products. His team integrates procurement, chemical storage and transfers, scheduling and polymer production to keep operations running efficiently while supporting polyurethane technology growth.

Damon Hill leads formulation development for hyPURcel, translating performance requirements into production-ready chemistries. Having grown within the organization from intern to full-time scientist, his polyurethane expertise is built entirely in-house. He specializes in experimental design, empirical analysis, and structure-property relationships. He works closely with customers and cross-functional teams providing oversight to hyPURcel chemistry platforms.

Kyle Sowards is a Run Plant Engineer who supports plant operations and process performance for polyurethane foam manufacturing. He first joined our team as a Process Automation Engineering Intern, then successfully progressed into his current engineering role. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Marshall University.

Raymond Bertram brings 10+ years of expertise in polyurethane technologies, new product development and process optimization. His specialties include process design and product development across many polyurethane platforms, including ether, ester and prepolymer urethanes. He holds a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University.

Jamie Durham focuses on new product development transition to commercial implementation, integrating new products into sales and commercial work processes. With an MBA from Marshall University and a career in polyurethanes spanning over three decades, he brings deep technical knowledge and historical perspective to any program.
