S-Series: A tear-resistant polyester polyurethane foam with high elongation and stretch recovery properties
Many materials fail when applications require stretch, recovery, durability and breathability. S-Series was formulated with open-cell breathability to support long-term performance under these demands. It also offers many performance and sustainability advantages over neoprene and closed-cell rubber with eco-friendly products that facilitate flame lamination, RF welding, adhesive laminations and more.

hyPURcel S-Series property sheets
Available in rolls and sheets with custom widths up to 62” wide and splice-free lengths up to 100’, skived to your required gauge. hyPURcel foams can be enhanced with functional additives such as antimicrobial, fire retardants, antioxidants and UV stabilizers. Value-added finishing processes include PSA, film, slitting, sheeting and fabric laminations. Custom color matching is also available.
Understanding hyPURcel naming conventions: The first two digits indicate density (lbs/ft3), and the last two indicate compression deflection (psi) per ASTM standards.
